Midlife and Menopause Counseling
Midlife can bring changes you expected—and others you never saw coming. You may feel less like yourself, question familiar roles, or find that the ways you have always managed no longer feel right. You deserve space to talk about your experience without minimizing it or having to hold everything together.
Making room for what you need now
Our work can focus on the emotional experience of perimenopause and menopause, changing relationships, caregiving demands, shifting family roles, and questions about identity. Together, we can explore what feels difficult, recognize patterns that leave you depleted, and practice boundaries and coping strategies that fit your life.
You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning. We can explore your needs and what you want this next chapter to hold. As a member of The Menopause Society, I draw on educational resources and ongoing learning to help clients better understand perimenopause and menopause, with a focus on emotional well-being.
Available in person in Grand Rapids and online throughout Michigan.
